All metal parts are made of brushed stainless steel (V2A) and are therefore dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
BEECH WOOD BOARD
Our boards are made from a knot-free piece of beech wood.
FUNCTIONALITY
You can also use our salmon board to grill dishes such as meat, spare ribs or chicken. The special grilling method gives them their very own flavor! Various inclination angles can be easily adjusted. The board can easily be pushed upside down into the holder. This allows for another form of heat regulation.

EASY HEAT REGULATION
The heat has to be right for a perfectly cooked and juicy salmon fillet - not too hot and not too cold! With the help of our detailed instructions, the angle of inclination adjustment system and the reversibility of the board, you will succeed in every salmon.
USE AS A SMOKING BOARD
Use the beech wood board also as a smoking board. With its 18mm thickness, it can be used very often as a grill plank if used correctly.
DURABILITY
The salmon board is made of steamed beech wood with wood quality level A. Steamed wood is less stressed and less prone to stress cracking. In general, with proper use and care, the board can be used indefinitely.
