Michel's passion for cooking and grilling is also his motivation to create the right spice note for every dish.

In the spice kitchen there are no limits to the imagination. The high quality of the ingredients used is therefore very important to him. Only natural ingredients are used and no flavor enhancers or anti-caking agents are used!

His spices and dry marinades (Flamed Salmon Spice, Magic Spice and Barbecue Rub) are available in a resealable aroma bag or as a Gift set in a stylish test tube. The accompanying spice racks are made of solid German oak.
