All metal parts are made of brushed stainless steel (V2A) and are therefore dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

BEECH WOOD BOARD

Our boards are made from a knot-free piece of beech wood. The surfaces of the boards are sanded and the edges are all rounded. This means that the boards not only look clean and of high quality, but also feel very comfortable in the hand. In our experience, 55cm x 18cm are the optimal dimensions for a salmon board to clamp larger salmon fillets. We chose a board thickness of 2.5 cm so that the board warps as little as possible under the heat from the fire.

FUNCTIONALITY

You can also grill dishes such as meat with our salmon board , spare ribs or chicken. The special grilling method gives them their very own flavor! 5 easy-to-adjust angles of inclination. The board can easily be pushed upside down into the holder. This enables another form of heat regulation. Thanks to the insert nuts in the wood, combined with the wing screws, the salmon grille can be quickly installed and removed.

SAFE & STABLE

Safety is very important at the fire. Thanks to the special snap-in system of the bracket, the board can never tilt forward - even with heavier salmon fillets.

UNIVERSALLY APPLICABLE

The bracket is compatible with most available fire bowls and grills (wall thickness up to 6mm). The holder can even be attached to curved edges (common on many kettle grills).

SUITABLE FOR LARGE SALMON FILLETS

Large salmon fillets in particular remain particularly juicy and tasty after grilling. It is therefore always advisable to grill one large fillet instead of several small ones. The board (55cm x 18cm x 2.5cm) is easily suitable for all available salmon sizes. The curved rungs of the salmon holder prevent it from slipping out, even with heavy fillets (>2kg).

EASY HEAT REGULATION

The heat has to be right for a perfectly cooked and juicy salmon fillet - not too hot and not too cold! With our detailed instructions, the tilt angle adjustment system and the versatility of the board, you will succeed in every salmon.

DURABILITY

The salmon board is made of steamed 25mm thick beech wood with the wood quality grade A. Steamed wood is less stressed and less prone to stress cracking. In general, with proper use and care, the board can be used indefinitely.
