BASIC INFORMATION

HIGH QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL

All metal parts are made of brushed stainless steel (V2A) and are therefore dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

BEECH WOOD BOARD

Our boards are made from a knot-free piece of beech wood.

FUNCTIONALITY

You can also use our salmon board to grill dishes such as meat, spare ribs or chicken. The special grilling method gives them their very own flavor! 5 angles of inclination easily adjustable. The board can easily be pushed upside down into the holder. This allows for another form of heat regulation.

KEY FEATURES

SAFE & STABLE

Safety is very important at the fire. Thanks to the special snap-in system of the bracket, the board can never tilt forward - even with heavier salmon fillets.

UNIVERSALLY APPLICABLE

The bracket is compatible with most available fire bowls and grills (wall thickness up to 6mm). The bracket can even be attached to curved edges (common on many kettle grills).

EASY HEAT REGULATION

The heat has to be right for a perfectly cooked and juicy salmon fillet - not too hot and not too cold! With the help of our detailed instructions, the angle of inclination adjustment system and the versatility of the board, you will succeed in every salmon.

DURABILITY

The salmon board is made of steamed beech wood with wood quality grade A. Steamed wood is less stressed and less prone to stress cracking. In general, with proper use and care, the board can be used an unlimited number of times.

USE AS A SMOKING BOARD

Use the beech wood board as well as a smoking board. Due to its 18mm thickness, it can be used very often as a grill plank if used correctly.
